What are the shipping and delivery times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times to the US usually take 2- 4 business days.

 

How can I track my package?

After your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed in your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package on our website under "Track Your Order" or on the shipping company’s website using your tracking number (e.g., UPS, USPS, etc.), as well as on universal tracking websites like https://mhayprint.com/apps/parcelpanel.

 

What happens if the estimated delivery time has passed and I still have not received my order?

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email it to printonclothes24@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
